Charlotte’s class is an attempt to integrate her own research into the seven fundamentals of movement (squat, lunge, push, pull, twist, hinge and locomotion) with everyday training. Using the premise of stripping movement right back, we can hope to find something more efficient and easy when moving. Moving from the floor to standing, and working through individual explorations and sequences formed from the movement fundamentals we will find a place where our complex and multi-oriented bodies can dance with ease!
