Tutor Bio Chris Boylan has been studying 5Rhythms since 1999 and completed his teacher training with Gabrielle Roth in 2008. He is accredited in the Waves and Heartbeat levels of 5Rhythms and the founder of Healing in Motion, a movement project for people who have experienced abuse. Originally a toolmaker by trade, he has a very practical and fun approach to the practice. His core passion is the healing power of movement: this body is a medicine bag, if we move it will do its own healing work. He is also a festival and free party DJ so a great soundtrack is guaranteed. Ben Deutsch teaches on the last Friday of every month as well as covering classes when Chris is away. He has been dancing since 2005 and teaching since 2016.
