The class focuses on fun & lots of energy, whilst learning intricate and dynamic choreography. His style is primarily Afro based but heavily influenced by his street dance background. Tutor Bio Victor "LaVic" Amango is a seasoned choreographer, dancer and creative director who is well versed in various dance styles such as popping, afrofusion and urban dance just to mention a few. His teaching experience spans 7 years both in Nigeria and the UK where he has taught dancers of various levels. The teaching techniques and methods he uses cater for the growth and development of his students despite their individual learning capabilities. A brief overview of his credits include Project Fame West Africa season 7 dancing with the likes of Kaffy and the Imagneto dance company, Winner of 2015 Battle of The Year (BOTY) popping category, Leeds East AFrican Society Tribal Instinct Fashion Show, Magnum Artifex Dance Entertainment's third Refresh It dance workshop, 2nd Place Hip-Hop Sheffield Dance Competition 2016 with Leeds Freestyle Dance Society, 2nd Place All styles battle at Loughbrough University Dance Competition UK, Quarter Finals Popping at Juste Debout UK qualifiers, Wazobia Dance by Nigerian Community Leeds and so much more.
