Suitable for beginners who already have some prior knowledge of the basics of ballet (up to Grade 3 level) or for those who have completed a Ballet basics course. This class will focus on developing further the fundamentals of ballet technique using barre, centre work, and allegro exercises.
Ballet is a great way to keep fit and tone your body, whilst also strengthening and increasing muscle flexibility.
This class will run as a 4 week block, creating a class ‘bubble,’ also allowing you to work on steps and routines over the 4 weeks. Limited spaces available, small class sizes.

ONLINE CLASS – Whilst our studio is closed, we will be running an Open Level Ballet class with Deborah via Zoom on Tuesdays 7.30-8.40pm (£5)
