A joyful Saturday afternoon (double) session suitable for both beginners and biodanzeros with experience. Individually and as a group we will connect with the joy of LIVING through dance and movement inspired by an eclectic range of music. Biodanza is the complete work out and relaxation programme for body, mind and soul.

 

Beginners rate (incorporating 90 minutes dancing plus free tea/coffee and snacks) £10

Full half day (four and half hours including two 90 minute dance sessions, theory and afternoon tea) £30 (£25 if booked in advance)

Tutor Bio

Noel is a professional storyteller and educational consultant with a background in mainstream Primary education.

He is an experienced biodanza facilitator who initially trained in Edinburgh under the supervision of Claire Lewis before undertaking further training in Italy, Spain and Belgium in order to become a didactic professor (March 2016).

He is qualified to train others to be biodanza facilitators.

Noel believes in the power of community and is passionate about helping others realise their potential.

He has had experienced many other types of dance including ballet as a boy (ala Billy Eliott) 5 Rhythms, Dances of universal peace, circle dance, etc.

He now loves Biodanza which is an internationally recognised system of human integration practiced in over 40 countries throughout the world.
