Wondering how do I start dancing as an adult and not sure which dance style is best for you?

This dance class is a great place to start for a beginner adult starting dance for the first time or for someone who’d like to get back into dance having enjoyed dance classes in their younger years. We often get asked if being 30 or 40 is too late to start dance and the answer is absolutely not! It’s never too late to start no matter your age! This class encompasses a range of fun dance styles such as jazz, street, commercial, and musical theatre, with easy dance moves that are suitable for a beginner whilst introducing them to dance basics such as co-ordination, picking up routines, body awareness, balance and rhythm.

Each week will focus on fun themes such as different eras, musicals, girlbands, well known iconic songs and film soundtracks that will give you a great dance workout and have you leaving the studio on a feel good high.

And if you have a dancing friend, why not bring them along too and join us for a boogie in our beginner’s dance classes!
