DanceFIT ‘n’ EnerVIBES has arrived in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a dance class with a difference and the best thing about it is that you don’t need to be a professional dancer to train like one because in this class nobody cares if you have two left feet – I promise you…!! In SS Dance & Wellbeing classes you are made to feel comfortable to embrace and let go of inhibitions. Dance is about freedom of expression and all of our bodies will showcase this in a different way.

DanceFIT ‘n’ EnerVIBES is a combination of high impact dance workouts, a guaranteed fun way to “dance yourself fit”. It will keep you on your toes and work you to your individual limits. The combination of different dance exercises means that you get a variety of benefits, from fitness and endurance to flexibility and mobility, to strength and toning, anything and everything involved in this class is a way to improve your body shape and overall fitness and wellbeing. Street Dance, Jazz Dance, Aerobics, Latin, Laban Dance Fitness and Sophie’s own unique dance style are fused into each session to create routines that alternate between fast-paced and slow-paced dance. This makes DanceFIT ‘n’ EnerVIBES a fun and uncomplicated way to learn dance steps and means you need relatively little or no dance skills.

The combination of upbeat music and cardiovascular movement work together to make you feel euphoric and energised, which influences your well-being. We dance. We move. We have a laugh. We have fun. Please do not worry, you’re in safe hands… Sophie has a warm and welcoming face and personality that will ease you in. The level of the class is accessible for all abilities – you have the freedom to work at your own pace and to your own capabilities.

You can purchase individual classes for £8 or you can purchase a Block booking of 6 weeks for £45 (Block booking in advance will mean that your classes are non refundable and non transferable should you not be able to attend a class)


No payment will be taken at the time of booking – It will say free but there is a fee. The class payment details will be texted or emailed out to you within 24 hours of your booking. To secure your space in the class please ensure that your class fee is paid. Tickets will be cancelled before your booked session and re-released if no payment is received.

Tutor Bio Sophie is a dance artist, performer and social entrepreneur who is the founder of SS Dance & Wellbeing which is a West Yorkshire community organisation that inspires peoples wellbeing, confidence and happiness through dance. She has a strong passion for dance, fitness and health & wellbeing as well as a strong passion for bringing people together through individual dance experiences. Sophie has over 20 years of dance teaching experience and has gained over 10 years of performing experience from working with the BBC, Britain's Got Talent, British Athletics and Channel 4. She loves combining dance, fitness, music and wellness together to highlight the positive impact it can have on emotional, physical, social and mental well-being.
