Dancercise is a 60-minute exercise class that incorporates different styles of dance into fun, energetic, easy to follow routines. Dance your heart out to some absolute bangers from over the years!
Anyone is welcome, no matter your shape, age, size, gender or if you have two left feet 🙂 The intensity of the work out increases/decreases depending on the track and there is always a simpler version to follow for all routines. This class is all about moving our bodies, getting our heart rates going and, most importantly, having FUN!
February – Empowerment Month: Dance along to some absolute classics this month to help you feel loved and empowered!
April – Western Month: Get out those cowboy boots and hats and join me for a month of line dance inspired routines.
June – Disney Month: Come and dance along to some Disney classic all throughout June!
August – Summer Month: Lets sweat it out to some of Summers best hits helping us get into the holiday mood.
October – Halloween Month: Join me in October for a spooktacular line up of Halloween songs.
December – Christmas Month: Let’s make your December magical and get you into the Christmas spirit with some Festive routines!!
Alternate Months (Jan, March, May, July, September & November) will be Mash Up Months. These classes will consist of a mix of all my routines from over the years!

Eurovision Theme – 12th & 16th May. Let’s get the party started and boogie to some of the best old and new Eurovision entries from throughout the years!
This class can be booked individually at £10 or with either of our Class Passes:
- 6 Class Pass – £52 (expiry of 10 wks)
- 12 Class Pass – £98 (expiry of 16 wks)
This class is in Studio 1 on Mondays & Studio 2 on Fridays. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.
Studio 1 & Studio 2 are located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, near reception.
