Come and join us for this 6 week course, working on your flexibility and mastering the handstand.
Throughout this course you will learn various stretches aimed at increasing flexibility and meeting your goals, including stretches that you can practice at home.
The second part of this course will look at working on headstands, shoulder stands and handstands through different exercises and techniques.
Each session will be structured into 3 parts, a warm up, stretches and then working on our various types of inversions.
All payments for DSL courses are non-refundable and non-transferable at point of sale.
