Our Kickboxing classes are tailored to suit all levels and abilities from total beginners with no experience to those who have trained to an advance level. In our classes we focus on technique, partnered kickboxing drills working our Full Force Kickboxing Combinations as well as strength and conditioning, cardio and flexibility. Whether you’re looking to just keep fit, learn technique or compete, we aim to get every individual student to their goal. Students may also grade through our Full Force Kickboxing System to achieve their Full Force Black Belt. Grading is optional for adults.
