Welcome to my safe and supportive space for women!
Build confidence and strength through our empowering heels dance classes, perfect for beginners.
We start with stretching, work on full-body technique, and learn choreography over 2-3 sessions. In the final class of the course, we record a video for each participant. You’ll have plenty of time to refine your movements and memorise the choreography.
Single classes – £12
Class Passes – £30 (3 week) / £40 (4 week) *depending on how many weeks in the month*

This class is in studio 2. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.
Studio 2 is located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, near reception.

Tutor Bio
Hi, my name is Anastasiia.
I’ve been dancing for six years and teaching for one year. Dance has become a whole new world for me—it’s helped me embrace my femininity, express myself, build confidence, and learn how to present myself. This is exactly what I want to teach other women, especially those who have just moved to a new country, have no friends, and no family. I want my dance classes to support women who feel lonely and help them build a community together. This was one of the main reasons I started teaching dance. I know how hard it is to be alone in a new country, to feel that sense of loneliness, and to look for support.
