Come along in person to Hot Charleston! It’s a solo charleston workshop, where you’ll learn a short charleston routine to awesome music.
There are two levels to choose from:
BEGINNERS 3:30-4:20pm: No dance experience required, we’ll learn the basic steps, focus on repetition and dancing it to the music.
ROUTINE 4:30-5:30pm: Some experience or extra enthusiasm required, these routines will vary in difficulty and will be taught over several Hot Charleston workshops. For example they could be classic routines such as the Shim Sham, Big Apple. Or they could be a new routine choreographed by Rob such as the Sugar Sweep.
£8 for one class or £13 for both. Pre-booking essential!

This class is in studio 2. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.
Studio 2 is located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, near reception.

Tutor Bio
Rob and Tina have studied Lindy Hop under some of the best teachers in the world. They have been teaching and performing together as Swing Dance Leeds since 2011. They teach at events all over the UK and every night of the week locally. They are very keen on getting new people dancing and welcome everyone who wants to learn. Their courses fun, friendly and go at a steady pace, and focus on getting ready for the social dance floor.
