Step into the world of House music and dance with this exciting 6-week course. It’s all about feeling the beat and letting loose. This course covers the different flows of House dance, from the classic jacking and footwork to lofting , voguing, afro House and more . Each week, dancers will dive into high-energy drills and fun choreography, exploring the soulful and rhythmic grooves that make House dance unique.

Perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned pros, this course offers a welcoming space for everyone to find their groove. Dancers will connect with the music, improve their musicality, and elevate their skills while having a blast. This class is in studio 2. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.

Tutor Bio With a passion for dance that ignited at a young age, Flows Delgado began her remarkable journey into the world of movement. Born of Cape Verdean and Senegalese descent, her unique Afro Luso heritage influences her dynamic choreography. Flows dance career has been a tapestry of performances, choreography, and coaching that spans over two decades. Notably, she received her invitation to teach on one of Portugals biggest platforms at the tender age of 16, marking the beginning of her influential career.
