Join us weekly on Wednesdays for our fun Improvers Musical Theatre Dance classes with Jess! Our classes run weekly, featuring a different Musical every week, with a mixture of dance styles and vibes including Jazz, Commercial, Street Dance & Lyrical. Schedules/Musical Line Ups will be released a month in advance, so please make sure to check the dates when booking if wishing to book specific sessions.

The above one off workshops can be booked individually at £10 or with either of our Class Passes:

  • 6 Class Pass – £52 (expiry of 10 wks)

!Performance Course!

Ever dreamed of performing on a stage? Well now is your chance!

Join Jess for 2 Musical Theatre Performance Courses and learn routines to both Hamilton & The Great Gatsby to perform on the stage at our annual Celebration of Dance showcase on the 15th November, raising vital funds for our chosen charity MY Breast Cancer Support.

The courses will run for 7 weeks (1st October – 12th November) so this class will be closed for show work during this period, no drop in’s allowed!

*Please only book onto the courses if you are free and interested in performing on Saturday 15th November. Also please make sure you can commit to the majority of the rehearsal dates before booking, if you already know you will have to miss a couple please get in touch with your teacher to see if this would be suitable. There will also be potential tech rehearsals either on Friday the 14th (evening) or early afternoon before the show on Saturday 15th, which you will also have to be available for.*

If you have a class pass you are more than welcome to use your remaining classes towards the cost of the performance course, or contact us in order to extend if you are not wanting to attend classes over the next couple of months due to show season!

Studio 1 is located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, next to reception.

Tutor Bio Jess has been dancing from the young age of four and has turned her passion into her career, teaching multiple weekly classes here at The Dance Studio Leeds including Commercial, Street Dance & Musical Theatre, as well as workshops out in the community, schools and colleges. As well as teaching, she is also a professional dancer, her main line of work being tribute acts, backing dancing and getting to travel all over the country, as well as overseas. In 2022 she also started her own company, Unite Dance Company, a commercial dance company, who since forming have taken part in performances and concept videos, whilst rehearsing fortnightly here at the studio.
