Curious about K-pop but not sure where to start? This Beginners – Improvers class is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of K-pop dance — no prior K-pop experience needed.
You’ll learn a fun, accessible routine inspired by popular K-pop choreography. We’ll explore the key elements that define the style, including musicality, performance quality, and those iconic K-pop details that make the choreography pop.
Whether you’re brand new to dance, returning after a break, or just want to try something different, you’ll leave feeling energised, empowered, and ready to dance.
Come for the music, stay for the vibes, and discover why K-pop is such a global phenomenon.

This Class can be booked individually at £11 or with either of our Class Passes:

  • 6 Class Pass – £60 (expiry of 12 wks)
  • 12 Class Pass – £108 (expiry of 18 wks)

 

Want to dance in our showcase? 

Have you ever wanted to dance on a stage in front of an audience? Well, now’s your chance!

Every year we hold an annual Showcase to raise vital funds for a chosen charity. Our chosen charity for this year is Smart Works Yorkshire and will take place in the Chroma Q Theatre, Leeds on the 21st November 3pm and 7pm.

This year is gearing up to be our biggest yet and we would love for as many people as possible to get involved.

*If you would still like to join the class and not take part in the showcase you are able to do so. Please make sure Hoang is aware if you intend to perform or not. If you are performing, please make sure you can commit to the majority of the rehearsal dates before booking, if you already know you will have to miss a couple please get in touch with us to see if this would be suitable. There will also be a tech rehearsal on Friday 20th November – evening or Saturday 21st November – early afternoon so make sure to keep all dates free*

This class will be held in studio 5. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.

Studio 5 is located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, left of reception near the toilet area.

Tutor Bio Hoang is a K-pop dance instructor and performer with over 7 years of teaching and performance experience. Member of @mind.control_official. He has taught at multiple dance studios across Europe, working with students of all levels and ages. His classes focus on strong foundations, musicality, performance quality, and clean execution of K-pop choreography, with experience in both boy and girl group styles. Hoang has recently relocated to Leeds and is excited to bring K-pop dance to the local community.
