K-pop Workshop With Yoyo (DSL)

Curious about K-pop but not sure where to start? This Improvers+ level workshop is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of K-pop dance (some prior K-pop/Dance experience needed).
You’ll learn a fun, accessible routine inspired by popular K-pop choreography, broken down step by step in a relaxed and supportive environment. We’ll explore the key elements that define the style, including musicality, performance quality, and those iconic K-pop details that make the choreography pop.

Come for the music, stay for the vibes, and discover why K-pop is such a global phenomenon.

These Workshops can be booked individually at £10 or with either of our Class Passes:

  • 6 Class Pass – £52 (expiry of 10 wks)
  • 12 Class Pass – £98 (expiry of 16 wks)

 

This class will be held in studio 5. Please make your way straight to Mill 6 on arrival.

Studio 5 is located in Mill 6, 1st Floor, left of reception near the toilet area.

Tutor Bio Yoyo started dancing in Primary school back in Hong Kong. She is self-taught and has spent years perfecting and enjoying the style of K-pop! She has performed at many events, especially within schools and other venues. She also has experience in leading and teaching dance sessions for teachers and students at events specializing in K-pop.
Yoyo has attended DSL for over a year now and loves to take part in all styles they have to offer including Hip Hop, Street, Commercial, Jazz, Contemporary and many more. She really enjoys being a part of the Dance community DSL has created and hopes to bring K-pop to the Studio and share her passion and love for the style with others, introducing K-pop to a larger audience and making it accessible for everyone to enjoy!
