Get ready to move and express yourself in Lyrical Dance Fusion!

These improver-level workshops for adults are where emotion meets energy. Born from a love of contemporary and commercial styles, we’ll dive into the fluidity of lyrical dance, blending it with the sharp rhythms of jazz and street dance, plus a sprinkle of dramatic flair from musical theatre.

It’s the perfect space to grow your technique, explore different genres, and connect with the music—all while keeping it fun, accessible, and inclusive. Join us to move beyond the basics and discover your inner dance star!

Tutor Bio Charlie is a 29 year old non binary, autistic, dance artist with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Charlie has been dancing from the age of nine, starting out in jazz, tap, ballet and freestyle, going on to achieve a BA (honours) in Dance Practices from Liverpool John Moores University, where they fell in love with contemporary. Charlie now mainly trains in commercial dance and is a member of Unite Dance Company. Teaching these inclusive workshops gives them the opportunity to indulge in their passion of both contemporary and commercial dance whilst sharing with other movers and groovers. Charlie aims to facilitate a safe environment for queer, disabled & plus size folk as they know how it can feel to be ostracised from the dance community as a queer, disabled & plus size dancer themselves.
