Tutor Bio
I have been teaching pilates for 14 years having previously worked as a law lecturer in education. I am passionate about health and wellbeing, in particular making exercise accessible to all. Mobility, strength and balance are integral to the overall wellbeing of clients for longevity of life. Working in the health industry to support clients who have been given a diagnosis for breast cancer by teaching pilates and providing oncology massage therapy gives me an overwhelming sense of pride, seeing clients get stronger and fitter whilst going through challenging times and helping support them before during and after treatment is incredibly rewarding.
