Who are MY Breast Cancer Support?

The charity “My Breast Cancer Support” (charity number 1211293) provides classes for cancer patients and NHS staff. Running dance classes is one of many different ways they provide support. Some other examples are the weekly restorative Pilates sessions, Sunday wellness days, and a closed Facebook group for all forms of support. Dance has many benefits including improved: coordination, memory/brain fog, mental health, and mobility. Exercise also reduces the risk of recurrence, and you will be able to show off some cool moves with friends. It raises confidence, and you can start at any age!

For one hour every other week Holly provides an hour dance session teaching a wide variety of dance styles including Commercial, Contemporary, Jazz, Line Dance and many more. The routines are simple and easy to follow with adjustments to cater to all abilities and Holly creates a fun, safe space where everyone is welcome. So what are you waiting for?
