  • This class is based around martial arts and will cater for beginner to super fit. Just find your level and push your limit. If you struggle with some of the moves, don’t worry, there are plenty of switch outs. Just be prepared for fun, a giggle and a little sweat. Come join the fun. You have nothing to remember, just see and copy.

Tutor Bio Hi my name is Dez I am am a qualified Personal trainer and sport massage therapist. I also teach STRONG BY ZUMBA which I really enjoy teaching. I have seen so many people start the programme not being able to complete 1 press-up but through persevering, they can now complete multiple programmes. Nothing pleases me more than seeing a class full of smiling faces and observing as clients become leaner stronger and fitter.
