Join Ruth for some fun sessions mixing contemporary technique and creative movement for adult dancers!

Welcome to our community...
  • We bring people together across West and North Yorkshire to move, create, and connect.

  • We focus on fun, fitness, and self-expression through dance.

  • Our weekly adult classes and powerful intergenerational projects champion dancers aged 55+. We challenge ageism with bold, inclusive work and strive to provide empowering and rich dance opportunities that have a positive impact on physical and mental well-being.

  • Dance boosts strength, balance, and well-being. It builds community, sparks joy, and keeps us connected. Sessions are a mix of contemporary technique and creative movement.

Led by experienced dance artist Ruth, our projects have been performed previously at Leeds Playhouse & The Riley Theatre, uniting intergenerational movers aged 4 to 86.

Open Level and can be adapted for all!
