What’s your dance background?

I got into ((BOUNCE)) through a friend who teaches it. I was looking for a way to lose weight, but more importantly something that I would enjoy and keep doing to sustain a more healthy life. So I started to attend ((B)) as a paying customer and after the first class I was completely hooked! After two classes I booked on to become an instructor!

What’s your favourite style?

My favourite dance style is ((BOUNCE)) a mix of exercise with dance music! I love it because it is actually fun and engaging, and people that attend don’t even need to think about what to do, I am there guiding them through, pushing them to their limits and helping them achieve their overall goals. Nearly every person that has attended a class has returned and I now have regulars every week in Leeds who ((BOUNCE)) with me. It is a more upbeat way of exercising which attacks all of the areas of your body to bring you the best results, while you don’t even realise how hard you’re working as your on a mini trampoline. The music choices are phenomenal and change every 4 months which keep classes new and exciting, with old school and modern songs mixed together to appeal to all audiences.

If you weren’t a dancer what would you be?

I am a Deputy Hotel Manager full time! A demanding but interesting job!
