How do our Refills work?

Curious about how our Refills work? Here’s all you need to know in five simple steps:
1. Check the container you want to refill:
Containers must be completely clean and empty, and clearly labelled with the container’s capacity. Our prices are calculated by the fluid capacity of the container and not by weight, therefore you must also know the max capacity of the container. We are unable to refill containers halfway and any containers that are not completely empty to begin with will not be refilled.
2. Order your refills using our online form HERE:
Follow the form through, starting with your contact details so we can let you know when your order is ready. Then pick what refills you want, how much of it you want, then have a read through our terms and conditions and submit! You should receive an email receipt when your order has gone through, so make sure your email is correct!
3. Drop off your containers at reception and pay for your order:
Please ensure that all of your containers are labelled with the max capacity, and what product you would like in it, then drop them off at The Dance Studio Leeds and we’ll do the rest. Payment is required when dropping off containers, at which point we will advise how quickly you’ll be able to pick them up. Please note that during our peak times (after 5pm Monday – Friday) we may be a little slower to fill your order. Unfortunately we don’t offer a delivery service at the moment.
4. Collect your order
We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and then just come by and pick it up whenever suits you.
5. Use up your products, and come back for more!
Feel amazing for reducing your plastic waste, go home and enjoy your refills and then come back for more when they’ve run out!
