((BOUNCE)) Blast is a 45 minute workout on mini trampolines!

We encourage a social space and pride ourselves on operating an inclusive, friendly and fun vibe. We work on our cardio fitness (that’s the bouncing!), our strength and our flexibility.

  • Suitable for all fitness levels – we will demonstrate easier and harder options so you can choose a pace that’s right for you.
  • It’s low impact – the trampolines absorb 87% of the shock when you jump, making it kind to your joints
  • It’s up to 3x more effective than floor-based exercise – for example, 10 minutes bouncing is equivalent to a 30 minute run

Tutor Bio Liddy has enjoyed participating in dance and fitness classes for many years, and recently decided to pursue a part-time fitness career alongside her desk job at a national charity. She fell in love with ((BOUNCE)) for it’s fun choreography, hardcore workout, and amazing atmosphere!
