((BOUNCE)) Blast is a 45 minute fitness class involving 30 minutes of choreographed dance cardio routines followed by 15 minutes of full body toning work, all performed on a mini trampoline. You have the option of using hand weights throughout the session which can increase the intensity of the workout by up to 25 percent and the trampolines absorb 87 percent of impact off the joints!
