Join our weekly Caribbean Vybz dance class, every Thursday at Dance Studio Leeds, where we bring you an exotic cocktail of pure Carnival and Dancehall Vybz!
Most weeks we will embody the feeling of Carnival, combining waistline isolations, high-energy combos, fitness intervals and conditioning training, to help you get ready for Carnival all year round. Our focus is on providing you with an empowering class that makes you feel confident, whilst learning a fire Choreography to help jiggle those calories away!
In our class we teach you everything from the basic whining techniques to help loosen your waistline, to advanced isolations to get you in shape when you hit the road at Carnival. So, whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we cater for everyone in a stress free, welcoming environment.
Once a month we also throw in a splash of Dancehall, bringing you some of the hottest steps from different dance groups in the streets of Jamaica. From foundation steps to a smooth Choreography, we will bring you the best Vybz!

Pareesha is a professional dancer who specialises in a variety for Caribbean Dance styles, specifically Carnival Dance and Dancehall. Following her passion from a young age, she has trained in Street Dance, Contemporary, Dancehall, Afro Fusion and Soca, all which has made her into the dance artist she is today. Embracing her Caribbean roots, she enjoys sharing the beauty of her culture with the community of dancers through her company, Vybz Dance, bringing the Caribbean Vybz everywhere she goes. With the added talent of being a Costume Artist, she likes to add an extra spice to her classes/workshops with her flamboyant Carnival Costumes!
