SHOE RECOMMENDATIONS:

If not as comfortable wearing heels, we recommend starting in a block heel or New Yorkers. If you already feel comfortable in heels you’re more than welcome to start in something a little higher. We definitely suggest wearing shoes with a strap or a boot type shape to support the ankle.

Floorwork may be included so knee pads are advised but not essential.
