Tutor Bio
In 2006, Josephine went to her first Hot yoga class hoping to lose weight. She was amazed that she felt really relaxed and rejuvenated after the class. After that, yoga has become part of her life. Besides Hot yoga Josephine also practised Vinyasa, Yin until she found Ashtanga Yoga in 2010, which she has stayed faithful to ever since. In 2012 she started to volunteer to teach yoga in church. In 2017, she took her first 200-hour Teacher Training with Patrick Creelman & Rinat Perlman & continued with the 300-hour Teacher Training with Jason Crandell in 2019. Since then, she has been full time yoga teacher and teaching individuals & group classes. In 2022 she moved to Leeds and is keen to share yoga here. Josephine’s style is a balance of dynamic flow and focus on details and alignment. She hopes to help students increase mobility and strength whilst leaving them with a sense of inner peace.
