We know that a lot of our students will be off making the most of the summer that we have left and may not be able to commit to full courses or blocks of classes, so why not join us for one of our one off DSL workshops taking place this August? With a range of different styles and themes, as well as levels, there is bound to be something to take your interest! Check out all of the details below.

Open Level Contemporary with Charlotte Arnold

Thursday 13th August / 7:30-9pm / £9

Come and join the lovely Charlotte on the 13th August for an Open Level Contemporary class. The class will be primarily standing based, working around our own axis to explore movement to the front, side and back in addition to finding depth, and grounding from the floor. Moving from plies, to curves, swings and jumps, we’ll mobilise the body from the top of our spines to the tips of our toes!

Charlotte has worked with a number of choreographers and companies within the industry including Hofesh Shechter, Joss Arnott, Black Box Dance Company and That Ribeiro Company, as well as creating work of her own, including a number of amazing projects during lockdown.
