How do they work?

The classes would be streamed live via zoom at your specified day and time (subject to availability) with your colleagues or invited attendees so they can join in from the comfort of their homes (or the office), wherever they are in the country or indeed the world!

Whether you want a fast paced exercise class, a more relaxed informal dance session with some killer tunes, a wake up and shake up energy booster, or a calming stretch to focus the body and mind we can tailor to your themes and needs. The classes can also be adapted for any space, so it doesn’t matter if participants only have space to stand, or lots of room to run around in.
